How long is the rental?
Each rental includes 7 days. Additional 7-day extensions are $35 for standard packages or $50 for large-tote packages.
Is delivery and pickup really free?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included within our Greater Austin service area. Locations outside our regular service area may require a separate quote.
Are same-day deliveries available?
Same-day delivery may be available depending on inventory, delivery location, and scheduling. Ask when you submit your request.
What's the difference between tote sizes?
Our standard totes are 27 gallons. Large totes are 40 gallons and are priced 40% higher than standard totes.
Can I rent a dolly?
Yes. Dolly rental is $25.
What if a tote is lost or damaged?
Normal wear and tear is okay. Replacement fees are $20 for a 27-gallon tote and $45 for a 40-gallon tote if a tote is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond reuse.
